GalaxyCon is making its way to the West Coast! From August 16 to 18, GalaxyCon is debuting its San Jose convention at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Here is everything you need to know before attending.
About GalaxyCon San Jose
Located in downtown San Jose, GalaxyCon San Jose will bring out people from all different fandoms, such as anime, comic books, pop culture, Disney, gaming, and much more. The convention has announced 44 comic book creators, 41 voice actors, 38 celebrities, 10 cosplay guests and five pro wrestlers. Guests range from Star Trek, One Piece (anime and live action), Ted Lasso, Pokémon, Blues Clues, The Walking Dead, and My Hero Academia, to name a few.
GalaxyCon describes itself as the following:
“GalaxyCon is a FESTIVAL OF FANDOM with celebrities, artists, writers, voice actors, cosplayers, entertainers, creators, wrestlers, fan groups, panelists, and PEOPLE LIKE YOU!! Join us to celebrate Comic Books, Pop Culture, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Anime, Gaming, Cosplay, and more in one of our many locations or with our Virtual Meet & Greets and Personalized Autograph Signings.”

- Friday, August 16: Event hours 2 p.m. – 2 a.m. | Exhibition Hall hours 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, August 17: Event hours 10 a.m. – 2 a.m. | Exhibition Hall hours 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Sunday, August 18: Event hours 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. | Exhibition Hall hours 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
