BLUE LOCK fans have a lot to look forward to this year. Last month, BLUE LOCK announced it’s getting its own movie, titled BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE – EPISODE NAGI –, which will release in the United States on June 28 in Japanese with English subtitles, and dubbed in English. Based on the spinoff manga, the film centers around fan-favorite player Nagi Seishiro, revealing more background about Nagi’s life and his introduction into soccer from his high school friend Reo Mikage (also a fellow BLUE LOCK Project striker). The movie will be from Nagi’s perspective and experience of the BLUE LOCK Project.
