Netflix’s One Piece revealed eleven new cast members joining season 2 of the live action adaptation in a series of tweets this week on their official X account.
New Cast for One Piece Season 2
New members of the One Piece cast include: Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, and David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3. All of these new characters are Baroque Agents.
Additional season 2 cast members include Clive Russell as Roger Pirate’s doctor Crocus, Werner Coester and Brendan Murray as Great Warrior Pirates Captains Dorry and Brogy.
Finally, the latest actors announced to join the One Piece season 2 cast include Callum Kerr as Vice Admiral Smoker, Julia Rehwald as Marine Captain Tashigi, Rob Colletti as King Wapol, and Ty Keogh as Chief Royal Guard Dalton.
About Netflix's One Piece
One Piece was created by Eiichiro Oda. The show follows Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his pirate crew known as The Strawhats on Luffy’s journey to find the One Piece and become the next Pirate King.
Godoy will be reprising his role as Luffy. Also returning is Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Taz Skylar as Sanji, and Jacob Romero as Usopp.
The series also has a new co-showrunner, Joe Tracz, who worked as a writer for Netflix’s A Series of Unfortunate Events.
The first season of One Piece was produced by Tomorrow Studios and released on August 31, 2023 on Netflix. Season 2 of the series is set to release in 2025.
