The next generation of Dragon Ball is here! A brand new, fan-made live action series called Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks is coming to Anime Fire’s YouTube channel.
Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks Episode 1 Trailer
Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks follows Vehan, the son of Trunks, as he works with unlikely allies to collect the Dragon Balls in order to restore everything that was lost to the super androids. And that includes his father, Trunks.
You can expect original characters, returning fan favorites, and all of the Dragon Ball action we know and love.
This live action series stars:

- Emmi Xi – Kiki
- Gohan as himself
- Alex Drastal – Gohan Body
- Grayson Williams – Young Vehan
- Campbell Cooley – Dr. Gero
- Shane Williams – Dr. Gero Body
- Allan Forte – Okamian Warrior
- Nico Abiera – Super 17
Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks episode 1 is directed by Chelton Perry and written by Colin K. Bass. Chelton Perry is also the Editor and Director of Photography. Elvin Zuleta is the Executive Producer. VFX is done by Seth Han, Chelton Perry, and Gerry Kodo. Dave Warner created the outro sequence as well as the logo. The theme song is by Sunny Chauhan.
Episode 1: “Like Father, Like Son” is coming soon to Anime Fire. Fans of the Dragon Ball series are in for a treat. This series is a true love letter to the fans as well as an homage to the Dragon Ball content a lot of us grew up watching.
