With the new McDonald’s ad campaign “As Featured” officially launched on August 14, The Devil is a Part-Timer main character, Sadao Maou has been appearing at kiosks all around the globe.
"As Featured" Campaign Featuring Sadao Maou
The “As Featured” campaign brings in film and TV references to the restaurants, highlighting pop culture moments where McDonald’s made an appearance. McDonald’s announced over Instagram that The Devil is a Part-Timer would be one of the featured series, as well as Loki, Friends and Coming to America to name a few. The Devil is a Part-Timer is also the only anime being featured in this campaign.

Different characters will appear at the kiosks, during the campaign, saying various lines from their respective series. Not only that but a specialty “As Featured” meal is currently being offered. Fans have already spotted Sadao Maou popping up on screen and asking customers “Are you ready to order?”
About The Devil is a Part-Timer!
The Devil is a Part-Timer follows Sadao Maou, or Satan, who finds himself stuck in Japan in modern times, with no way and no magic available to help him return to the underworld. Due to this, Sadao gets a part-time job at a fast food restaurant to make ends meet in the human world.
Sadao’s job ends up being at MgRonald’s, a restaurant heavily inspired by McDonald’s, leading to the anime’s feature in the company’s newest ad campaign.
With the third season of The Devil is a Part-Timer being released on July 13th, the ad falls perfectly in time with the series’ hype. New fans can watch the series right now on Crunchyroll.
