Funapa
In the previous volume of Tower Dungeon, Yuva said goodbye to his family, including his younger sister Funapa. This writer saw that at the time, she wasn’t even given a name, so it felt as though she was not going to make a comeback in the series. Turns out she has now started out as a tavern busgirl, almost killed by a Dracomorph, then turned into an assistant to the royal guard. So if you ever want to get ahead in life, just fight a dragon, I guess.
Eldritch Master Miligore of the Royal Parliament
Miligore is the emissary of the royal parliament and speaks for Princess Minsabelle in her stead. Ever the watchful eye at the fort overlooking the comings and goings for those who would seek to rescue Princess Ignelia from the Necromancer, he also serves as protector of the fort from even the Dracomorphs, such as Garache, if necessary.
Garamuna
A Nyabirian species turned parliament defender, as well as a former student of the royal academy ahead of Lilicen. Strong and a bit of a stickler for the rules, especially when it comes to Lilicen directly, Garamuna is quite good at her job defending those under her charge. Namely Fanapa.
Marquis Garache
Not all Dracomorphs come from the royal family, so they have existed throughout the realm for ages, feeding off whatever they want, going on unchallenged. Garache is no better than a parasite, leaching off whomever he finds and feeding upon them to maintain his youth. Now he’s undoubtedly set his sights on the fort next to the tower. His first victim, Funapa, was saved by Garamuna just in time. Now that he has the scent of both Funapa and Lilicen, who stood up to him, Garache tends to stake out outside the village until he gets his claws into his prize.
Countess Ieowa
Not all Dracomorphs are blood thirsty killers who think of nothing but satiating their hunger. Some, like Princess Minsabelle, carry a rank in their charge for protecting the realm. Countess Ieowa has won many battles in her time in the name of her royal bloodline and has taken it upon herself to single-handedly save Princess Ignelia. Already a staunch figure with her mere presence, she even gave Miligore some grief for not having already saved the princess. Now, granted, Ieowa’s stay in this volume was rather short-lived, but we haven’t seen a Dracomorph die just yet, so hopefully it’s just a flesh wound.
The Excavators Guild
An all-female mining group who’s come to claim the riches the tower has to offer. Brawny and menacing-looking, they gave the team a chilly look as if they knew they were just going to get in their way. Money is all that’s on their mind; saving the princess would just be an inconvenience to them, unless it’s made worth their while.
