Over four months since Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle broke theater records, the incredible film returns to theaters. The film returns to theaters on March 6 for U.S. and Canada fans and March 7 for U.K. fans. Tickets are available through March 12.Â
Infinity Castle’s theatrical return will also feature special viewing opportunities. Fans can watch the film in 4DX, and for the first time ever, in SCREENX 270-degree panoramic viewing. If neither of these special screenings floats your boat, Infinity Castle will also be available in regular 2D.Â
Demon Slayer’s Record-Breaking Run
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle became the highest-grossing anime film in North America. The film brought in $104.73 million in its first nine days in U.S. theaters.Â
Following its theatrical success, Infinity Castle earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Motion Picture – Animated. The film sadly lost the Golden Globe to KPop Demon Hunters.
However, not all hope is lost. Infinity Castle has the opportunity to win the Saturn Award for Best International Animated Film on March 8.Â

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle was the first installment of three films focusing on the Infinity Castle arc. In this film, Tanjiro, his friends, and the Hashira face Muzan Kibutsuji and his Upper Moons in a battle that lasts until dawn.
In this film, we saw three different battles. The first battle focuses on the Insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho, battling Upper Rank Two, Douma. The second battle focuses on Zenitsu Agatsuma battling his previous senior and current Upper Rank Six, Kaigaku. Finally, the main character Tanjiro Kamado and Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka battle against Upper Rank Three, Akaza.
Throughout the three battles, fans see incredible fights, heartbreaking moments and beautiful animation, leaving fans on the edge of their seats the entire film.Â
