After a long wait since its initial announcement, fans of the hit series Fire Force can finally rejoice! News about the highly anticipated third season has officially arrived!
The first full-length trailer for the release of Fire Force season 3 has officially dropped and offers a look at what to expect. The second key art for the season was revealed with the trailer, as well. The season will be split into two cours. Cour 1 will air in April 2025 and cour 2 will premiere in January 2026. Currently, it is unknown how many episodes will be in this season.
Season 3 Trailer
The trailer doesn’t reveal too much about what the story for this season entails. Instead, it offered quick glimpses of many characters in action. The voiceover reveals that the battle will soon be reaching its conclusion. The season will pick up where season 2 left off. It will follow the Special Fire Force Company 8, their allies, Princess HIbana and Benimaru, preparing for their final battle against the Evangelist and White Clad, as they create artificial Infernals.The season follows the possible revelation that Infernals are the result of Adolla doppelgangers, encroaching on their human-world counterparts, resulting in spontaneous human combustion.
About Fire Force
Fire Force follows the story of Shinra Kusakabe as he joins the Special Fire Force Company 8. He works to rid the world of the Infernals, as well as discovering the truth behind the day of his mother’s death and his brother’s disappearance. Along the way, he and his allies come into conflict with the Evangelist and the White Clad. He soon discovers his brother, Sho Kusakabe, is a member of the White Clad and is working towards re-creating an event known as the Great Cataclysm.
