The second bunch of Persona 3 Reload (2024) DLC costumes and songs has hit ATLUS fans’ shelves on May 31st, 2024.
What is Persona 3 Reload?
Persona 3 Reload is the heartfelt remake of Persona 3 (2006), and a drastically different but improved telling of the story. After many full moons, fans were able to appreciate the close-to-monthly new information following the announcement of the remake in June 2023, and the eventual release on February 2nd, 2024. From remastered mechanics to new social episodes to develop both friends and the world, Persona 3 Reload instantly became an Atlus smash hit.
The expansion pass, including the DLC story Episode Aigis, a new epilogue chapter based off of The Answer from Persona 3 FES (2012). To avoid spoilers, it was a new dungeon that introduced a new character continuing off of the ending, and helping close the book on a fan favorite character’s story. The Expansion Pass including this brought exploration music and new battle music, but Wave 2 introduced not only more music, but a new set of beloved costumes.
Expansion Pass Wave 2
Wave 2 is titled the Velvet Costume & BGM set, which includes
- A Velvet Room Attendant Uniform for each party member
- Electronica In Velvet Room (“P4D” ver.) BGM
- Aria of the Soul (t.komine REMIX “AT 1st” P3D-EDIT ver.) BGM
- Battle Hymn of the Soul (Daisuke Asakura Remix) BGM
- Battle Hymn of the Soul -USH ver.- BGM
- Dance Hymn of the Soul (Disco In Velvet Room) BGM
These tracks pull from across the series, running from remixes in Persona 4: Dancing All Night (2015) and Persona 3 Dancing in Moonlight (2018), the spin-off rhythm game series. Not only are these previous songs that fit the theme of this wave, but surprisingly good tracks to mix up the Persona 3 Reload experience.
Players with the expansion pass can now obtain these items when opening their save, and pick up the costumes from their closet, located in “Your Room” in Iwatodai.
Where to find Persona 3 Reload
Persona 3 Reload, one of the best RPGs of this year so far, is available now for Xbox One, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam. Look out for the last wave of the expansion Pass DLC: Episode Aigis releasing this September!
