June is approaching, and with that, another Pokémon Go Community Day is ahead!
Saturday, June 10, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. local time, trainers around the world will be on the lookout for the chance to catch a shiny Axew!
As always, you have up to 5 hours after the event to evolve Axew into its final evolution Fraxure. If evolved in time, your Pokémon can learn the charged attack “Breaking Swipe”!
Wondering what community perks await? We’ve compiled a list of special features to look out for during the event:

- 3-hour incense and lures

- 1/4 Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed in Incubators during the event

- 3x the XP when catching Pokémon

- 2x the candy/candy XL when catching Pokémon

- Trades will require 50% less stardust

- Increased chance of photobombs

- 1 additional special trade can be made for a maximum of 3 for the day
If you are fired up and craving more, in the shop you can purchase the special research task, Keeping Sharp, for $1 USD. While we are on the subject cheer, you can also gift the research task to friends you’ve obtained friendship levels with of “great friends” or higher!
