Calling all romcom fans, Crunchyroll is premiering a new anime on April 1st, based on the hit manga “Loving Yamada at Lv999!” For those of you that also love insanely long titles, check out the trailer and tell us what you think:
After being dumped by her boyfriend for a girl he met in an Online Game (honestly speaking, every gamer’s greatest fear), Akane Kinoshita, a college student, angrily storms the game looking to vent. During her furious grind, she comes across another gamer and spills her story to him.
“I’m not interested,” is all he says.
One makeover later, in a desperate attempt to get back at her ex and failing, she runs into the High School Gamer Boy Yamada once again…
“Loving Yamada at Lv999!” began serialization on Comic Smart’s “Ganma!” manga website back in March 2019. Totaling 6 Volumes. The anime OP is “Gradation” by KANA-BOON featuring Yuho Kitazawa, while the ED is “Trick Art” by Ryujin Kiyoshi.
