Netflix’s One Piece Airs March 2026

Come aboard and bring along all your hopes and dreams! Netflix’s live-action ONE PIECE: Season 2 has an official release date. Set sail for the Grand Line on March 10, 2026!

Based on the best-selling manga from legendary author/artist Eiichiro Oda, ONE PIECE follows Monkey D. Luffy and his misfit band of Straw Hat Pirates. They sail the world seeking the famous treasure left behind by the king of the pirates, Gold Roger. Along the way, they’ll discover sights and scenes beyond anyone’s wildest dreams.

Through trailers, sneak peeks, interviews and press releases, Season 2 is all but confirmed to cover the following story arcs: Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island. Season 2 is slated for eight episodes, so fans can expect quite a bit of editing and shifting. But if Season 1 was any indication, it’s safe to say the core story and emotional highs will be respected and maintained.

The crew will still consist of Iñaki Godoy, Emily Rudd, Mackenyu, Jacob Romero Gibson, and Taz Skylar as the formative members of the Straw Hats. With new locales come new characters and Netflix has not been shy about its announcements. Callum Kerr and Julia Rehwald play the Marine duo Smoker and Tashigi, respectively. Charithra Chandran, Lera Abova, David Dastmalchian and more join as members of Baroque Works. Brendan Murray and Werner Coetser portray the lovable giants Brogy and Dorry. And Mark Harilek plays Dr. Hiriluk.
